Dr Drake completed my Danes gator and her spay. She and her staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr Drake is so caring and made me wo comfortable to leave my baby there for surgery.

i called asking about my dog who got bit by a snake. They put me on hold for a half an hour before they told me I need to go to Tucson. So I drove an half an hour in the wrong direction before they would even give me an answer. These people do not care. A sorry and expensive alternative to a real animal hospital.
I had to comfort and help my dog Betty Lou get thru the weekend,Monday I was on the phone frantic to help her.my vet was closed,the house vet wouldn't come,and then I found a piece of paper with vet's listed,something made me call New Frontier, they got us in on an emergency,I have never had an experience in all my 10dogs I've had in my life,I had to make the decision of putting her down,and what a kind,caring,making sure I was ready for this,talked me thru everything,let me bring her pal Scrappy Doo in,and to be with her in... read more
We just love the gentle care Roxy gets when we go for our visits. The assistants and doctors are so through and caring. The front desk are efficient and very friendly. They always answer the phone calls within a few rings and I have never been put on hold. This is a positive experience every time. Thx so much!
