We are very satisfied with the care our dogs get at the center..They answered all my questions promptly, and were so kind to us and Buddy when we had to put him out of his pain. They came to our house and were so kind. Buddy was in to much pain to move him. We had taken him to the center since his first year when we rescued him. now our Pixie has gone there since she was a puppy. she is seven this month.
Dr. Gudrun and staff really took care of my 3 cats in one long appointment. My cats were more comfortable with their buddies there, and they were easily accommodated. A through wellness appointment and rabies shots were had by all 3. I've been going to New Frontier for many years and always receive top notch care.
I have been to New Frontier several times now since moving here 1 year ago with my White Crested Polish chicken with a foot infection. I have been treating it myself and was getting nowhere. Dr. Weston is amazing. She listens to you and trusts your instincts. I am happy to say Shirley is recovering nicely. Not only will I return for any needs I plan on all my parrots seeing Dr. Weston. Fantastic to have this care available in Sierra Vista!

She was very encouraging and did everything I had read was supposed to happen last time but did not. Today she called twice to offer advi... read more
The doctors, techs, and customer service experts at New Frontier are the best! Our pack has gone there since they were each puppies and now we have two seniors and a diabetic. I wouldn't ever take them anywhere else!
As I wrote elsewhere, at the recommendation of a friend I began taking Cookie and Birdie to New Frontier after I became exasperated with the indifferent and disorganized staff at another local clinic. The change has been fantastic! Every visit has been a 5-Star experience as highly professional and caring staff take care of me and my doggies. Had it not been for the knowledgeable and competent doctors and support staff we would have lost Cookie to cancer over a year ago. But now she is our happy, energetic little Boston agai... read more
