Amazing team....Would highly recommend renting from New Foundations and when I purchase a home would only use New Foundations PM to handle my rental....Give them a call.
Not sure what all the others are talking about, blonde hair??? Etc. which has nothing to do with Property Mgt. Shelly and Debbie are the 2 best in the valley and I would only rent from them. If one doesn't get their deposit back....Maybe they should clean their house before moving out. I have rented 3 different homes from New Foundations PM and refuse to rent form anyone else and never had an issue of getting my deposit back. Highly recommend New Foundations Property Mgt. Thank you Shelly and Debbie.

Shelly and Debbie are the two most unprofessional "business women" I have ever worked with. Upon moving out, they kept my deposit in full because apparently the house wasn't clean enough. There was another person living there and it was their filth that I had left. I tried to contact them about doing extra cleaning but they refused to answer any of my phone calls. I have rented from New Foundations for over three years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Shelly has always answered my texts or calls in a timely manner when I needed something fixed and sent someone over asap. If her maintenance guys couldn't fix the problem she would call a professional who could. She is always very understanding if I'm going to be a little late paying rent, and willing to work with anyone financially struggling.
