Have a major plumbing issue. Joseph came out and told me what would be needed to fix and would send me a quote. Two weeks have passed, I’ve called and emailed with no response. I had referred them to a friend but I certainly won’t be referring or using them again. Completely unprofessional.
We had just finished a complete bathroom remodel so literally everything in the bathroom was brand new (new drywall, new shower tile, new floor tile, new vanity etc.) The guys had to the snake the shower drain but did not lay down any protective material on the brand new tile and scratched it up. When we called to settle the bill we let them about the damage and they basically said meh oh well.
