I was having pretty bad pain and my dentist wouldn't take me. New Era took me within an hour and diagnosed a needed root canal. They scheduled me the next business day. The staff is great. And Dr. Aurora is fantastically gentle.
EVERYONE was great. I always have a great visit. Everyone at New Era is very friendly and tries very much to help make sure we understand and know how to proceed if there are problems.
My daughters dental visit went smoothly because of everyone in Dr. Arora's office. The gentle and cheery attitude of Emily, Paula, and Dr. Arora helped her feel comfortable. Sheila explained thoroughly what the financial plan would be for her future dental care. I appreciate everyone's helpfulness.
Dr Arora's office is the best dental office I have ever been to. The front office and the back office are both very nice and friendly.
