The people are very friendly! The service is quick and well-done. We have had our down comforter cleaned twice there now and have been very pleased with the results. I definitely recommend this place!! We are happy to support local shops.

Very impressed! First of all, customer service was amazing. I came to New Era with low expectations.The thong strap on my Jack Rogers sandal broke and I had been told by other shoe repair shops it would not be possible to repair my shoe. New Era did an outstanding job repairing it in a very timely manner and a very reasonable price. I was thrilled to receive such an amazing service. I will use New Era for all of my future needs!
I've had several items altered and they did a great job. Also, the customer service was exceptional! They really care about customer satisfaction.
Had one suit, and 5 suit coats altered (pants shortened, suit coat sleeves shortened). The suit and one of the suit coats were brand new with tags still on. Two of the suit coat tops (both brand new) were returned to me with small tears in them near the button holes where the arms were shortened (not previously there). Brett and seamstress Alex were honest about what happened after being approached, and are currently working to remedy the problem to the best of their abilities.
We just moved to the area and needed some curtains and comforters cleaned after having it in storage. I called around to several places and found them to be the best deal. I went to the store and was very pleased at the cleanliness and how friendly the environment was. I will definitely come back!
