I would like to give a shout out to Rosa and all the staff. I bought a suite and needed it fitted in a hurry for an event. Rosa got me sized up around 3:30pm. She quickly started on it, with an already heavy workload, so it could be sent out on the truck by 9am the next morning to be dry cleaned. I got it back in about 24 hours and it looks like a different suite! Thank you so much Rosa and crew.
We have had moth and mold issues. We took everything to New Era and they handled everything so great! Things smell clean and the service was easy and fast.

Friendly, professional staff that provides excellent service. My items were ready a day earlier than what was scheduled. It is nice to have fitting rooms that are not a curtain on a shower rod.
