I have lived here for 20 years simply because they have not gave me a good reason to leave, I find the management and maintenance staff to be excellent
I wonder why they do background checks - there is a person in my bldg that did time in PRISON for drugs!!! Not a safe place!!!
We have lived at Edgewood Gardens since 2010. I love the quiet area, laundry on site, and over the years we have generally had good neighbors. When ever there was a maintenance issue they were really good about fixing it in a timely manner. All in all Heritage Properties does good in my book :)
Heritage properties does not take care of their residents by any means I find it ridiculous as a paying tenant that they have forced me and my kids to park off site and even suggested us to do so illegally multiple times because they'd rather allow some tenants double parking privileges even though they only have one vehicle. Hard working families are forced to literally drive around all night to find a space.
