It would be nice if they were to lower the rent for a few months due to the fact that we're in a pandemic and the whole school district is remote. Lots of parents are home with the kids and working less. The slumlords have actually increased the rent for next year! They have no compassion and don't care about their tenants. Their maintenance are also very rude at times. These apartments are not worth the price!
they need to treat everyone equal , not some. they like money more than customers they are really resist they like black people because of their money, but they don't take them like human beings . which is so sad.
I have lived in their River Crossing apartments in Tyngsboro for over 10 years now. The first few years were good but the past few years they have had a lot of new people working in the office ( lots of turnover) and the quality of the customer service has gotten worse every year. They had raised my rent 5% the first 2 years. Now they are raising it about 15% EVERY year which is beyond ridiculous. Don't rent here ! this group is beyond unprofessional the hallways smell like a dog and God forbid you live on the first floor the dog's use your window as urinals. the first floor apartments a filled with mold they just painted over. management goes through your trash to see if they can give you a $150 fine for not recycling. $150 charge if you break a blind . $150 charge if you litter. this company cares nothing about their residents and only about money. do yourself a favor DON'T RENT HERE !
I do not recommend renting from these people. rent is high for no reason, no hot water in the winter times. Mice roaches bed bugs all included in your high rent. so if you dont mind sharing then this place is for you! they do not take tenants serious, the people in the office are rude and are not on the same page.
dont care for their residents, me and my children be better off some were else they steal and are nothing but scam artist.....enter your apartment woth no warning all do respect they dont have any and washer and dryer barely work sad place to live.....they always threating to kick out doesnt fix anything they say
