My doctor got my results back quickly and was happy with my results. I called and spoke to someone there about a bill, they explained everything to me.
Their customer service is terrible. I called to inquire about a bill I was incorrectly charged for, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and did not help me at all. Such an unpleasant experience and no help at all. Would never recommend.
