I highly recommend Dr. Franchi at Boston Prolotherapy! After sudden knee pain struck, conventional doctors told me it was arthritis and offered a cortisone shot. I wanted a better option, so I saw Dr. Franchi. I loved his straightforward, honest approach. The office staff was great, and the treatments were a total breeze. The healing process took a little longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait—after 3 months, I am completely pain-free! So glad I chose prolotherapy.
Dr Franchi has helped my friend and a family member with great success. So I set up a complimentary consultation to ask if Prolotherapy could help my ailing neck. He was very patient, smart and knowledgeable and after learning more about my injury, recommended against needing to do any Prolotherapy treatment. Sure enough in a few weeks I healed and very satisfied that he recommended what was best for me.
I inquired with Dr Franci about a past injury I had years ago in my Achilles in which I received a platelet enriched plasma injection which costed me two weeks off my feet however did work. My treatment wore out and I was in extreme discomfort. After a discussion with Dr. Franci he indicated his treatment had possibilities of working, I excepted his advice and went to him. Dr Franchi has helped me with multiple body parts. Hip, knee, shoulder. I have somewhat lax joints and I believe the treatments have helped to stabilize my joints and made it possible for me to remain active. He is always honest as far as whether he thinks he can help you. It’s not 100% guaranteed, but what treatment is? And really no negative long term side effects. I wish insurance carriers would wake up and cover this procedure.
