I highly recommend Doctor Franchi and Boston Prolotherapy. My knee feels so much better and I am now able to walk down the stairs. I tried Physical therapy several times and it never worked. Prolotherapy works.
I injured my shoulder (SLAP tear) & bicep tendon down to my elbow in the fall of 2024. The pain when I would reach back for something or when I would lift anything up was unbearable. It essentially shut me down from lifting weights, golfing, or doing yard work that required any serious use of my right arm. Dr. Albert Franchi has been treating me for my knee and shoulder and the results are amazing. I went from limping and pain to walking cycling and running with no pain. I highly recommend him for any joint issues.
My first visit to Boston Prolotherapy was in 2020. An Orthopedic surgeon advised surgery for my right knee. I found Doctor Franchi while searching for other options. I had the series of prolotherapy injections and my right knee has been good since and I was able to avoid surgery. I am now returning for a series of injections on my left knee following an injury and am hoping for similar results.
So happy that I chose Dr. Franchi over surgery! Tore my rotator cuff golfing; had to stop playing and lifting at the gym. Physical therapy only helped a bit with movement; not the pain. Orthopedist suggested surgery or living with it. After just 2 treatments with Dr. Franchi I was back golfing and by the fifth and final treatment close to 100% movement with no pain at all!
