The on line design is good..The ordering in the office was fine. They are slow after that in responding to emails and calls. Also They are in a partnership with Eastern Shed which they do not tell you. Although this turned out to be no problem I feel a business should be up front and hones. When my shed was ready for delivery/install i rec'd a call from Eastern She..not the business I originally went to. I needed to call NE Outdoor to confirm. wonderful experience,. solid construction, beautiful inside and out. They built it despite a rain event in the middle , yet kept going. They were so neat as well. I appreciated the referral with a co. to remove my old shed.
