The staff are superb & provide wonderful support for our dental office. We have been ordering their 3-D printed expanders from Canada and are very pleased with their quality.
Great communication and awesome informative website. This lab was recommended by a colleague and I plan to continue using them for my plate expanders and other ortho needs!
We have loved working with NEOLab! Their appliances are a perfect fit and always on time. We also like all the options for essex retainers.
They are dishonest and rude! Their prices don’t mean anything to them, they charge whatever they want. They don’t even honor what they told us and charging $50 extra on top of what they were suppose to charge. The owner is very rude and didn’t let the doctor talk, maybe because she is a woman and he thinks he is superior. He is very unprofessional and arrogant. Interesting! My account was hacked and my post deleted. This shows someone is shady. Again another reason to get as far away from these psychos as possible!!! If there was an option to give no stars, I would. This company is the worst place to work. Fake leadership who are not educated on how to manage people or even the business. They abuse and overwork employees to the point of creating mental health issues for the workers.
