Dr. Kim is a good Doctor but office help Jen has a negative attitude and very cold person. She is not pleasant and should not answer phones for any company...Sebastian
I can't say enough about Dr. Muddana!!! He was so wonderful and I had so much anxiety leading up to my procedure and I couldn't have felt in better hands then his! He was so reassuring and had a wonderful bedside manner 🙏
May have great Doctors if you need any appointments but rude office person either doesn’t answer the phone or hangs up on you.This happens at least 5 times.Doctors should call and try themselves
Great doctors, but the office staff is really bad. Billing is even worse. Sometimes takes over 20 days to receive a letter (or in my case wildly inaccurate bills) in the same town! Also good luck getting a hold of anyone. Phones only work one way there.
They DONT NOT ANSWER PHONE OR PROMPTLY CALL BACK!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
