Great doctors, but the office staff is really bad. Billing is even worse. Sometimes takes over 20 days to receive a letter (or in my case wildly inaccurate bills) in the same town! Also good luck getting a hold of anyone. Phones only work one way there.
They DONT NOT ANSWER PHONE OR PROMPTLY CALL BACK!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I have been very happy with Dr. Kim and have always had a very pleasant experience with office staff. However, the communication with this office is horrible. They never pick up the phone when you call, despite it being within office hours and not during their lunch break. I have had to go to the office in person a couple of times just to reschedule an appointment. Please pick up your phone!
