The care is good, and the surgeon is great. My account got "deactivated" due to canceling one appointment and not being able to reschedule one because I was literally in the hospital fighting for my life. When I called to explain what happened And to reschedule the woman said the DR deactivated your account because of this- told me she'd get it taken care of. Never heard back nor was I even warned that "deactivating" an account was a thing.A warning would have been nice. Oh well.
I made a mistake on my earlier review. I left Dental Dreams for this Dentist and did not mean to insult the staff here. They have been great. I recommend New England Dental Associatrs
