Dr. Kamireddi is wonderful. Takes time with each patient to listen and interacts. Staff is courteous and the wait time is manageable.

I was in a very bad place when I came to NECMH. But slowly the community of people there helped me grow into a better person.
Fast and friendly staff
Text let me know you'd moved but not the new address. Only one person on admissions who was answering phone too. Had to wait 5 mins to check in, nurse took another 5 to call us for vitals. Finally left 1 1/2 hours later after all done. Nurse practitioner was great.

Staff is friendly. Office was extremely busy. It seemed that a second person at the reception desk would have been a good idea. I was unhappy that no one was there at the time to assist me with a billing question. I also had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the therapist.
Love the new building. Reception area was slow..only one person there at 4:15 so not lunch hour. I saw 3 stations so I would recommend at least 2 people if they are answering phones too.
I am very presed with Dr. Kammerreti. Very kind, caring, and is working with me to improve my constant depression and thoughts of suicide. I can't thank her enough
