The staff has always been kind, caring and very professional. David Patterson, well words fall short in expressing how wonderful he is and has definitely guided me through some very rough times! Helps me view things from every angle and is putting me back on track towards a better me. A 10 in my book

THERAPIST listened and prescribe effective medication.
Wonderful place that put my mind at ease and explained all my options and the doctors' recommendations to me. Wait times were fair and scheduling was easy! The only issue I had was a rare circumstance and completely understandable. My doctor has switched locations so I was referred to a temporary one at the NECMH, and it was a little confusing switching around and then to a 3rd doctor once the temporary one left. It was all sorted in the end, though!
Missed appointment because I missed the notice of the location moving. Had some trouble getting in contact and rescheduling but once done, the new appointment went very smoothly.
My kids have been seeing Patricia for years. She's always warm and friendly as is the whole staff. Always a pleasure coming.

I had been searching and searching for a new therapist and every place was either full or didn't accept my insurance but New England Center for Mental Health found time and got me in with someone within a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
