Great experience
The staff are lovely! Those at the office always welcome me with a smile and friendly conversation! The maintenance guys are great, fun people too. + the units themselves are awesome—I love living here.
I live in one of the fourth floor apartments and it is so spacious! We have a great balcony and fireplace that is awesome in the winter time. Property managers are kind and respond quickly. Free parking! Maintenance is also very fast.
I have lived here for two years, for one year in a top floor corner unit (three bedrooms) which I highly recommend and one year in a corner unit on the second floor (two bedrooms) which I highly do not recommend. Overall the community has good parking and dumpsters, but much too frequent delivery theft. 3 bedroom: Loved the high ceilings and big bedrooms, maintenance refused to seal chips in the bathtub and sink, and I had to go through quite the headache to convince management my heater was in fact not working (it would bla... read more
I loved living at New England Apartments these past 2 years! Management was amazing and were very responsive to any needs we had, good management really makes a difference! I highly recommend living here :) The location is a great spot to live in too!
