Ed at New Empire Design Center is the most dependable, effecient, and reliable person to get your home needs completed in a quick and timely manner. Ed and the New Empire Design Team are phenomenal! They took care of a job in our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Communication was timely and clear. The workers were respectful and kind. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done on time and bonus was Ed showing up to check in and make sure everything was as we wanted. Amazing next level service and qualify work. Truly a stand out for an industry that has too many flakes. Make sure you call them for anything you need!
I just completed my second project with New Empire. First I will start with Ed, one of the owners. He is so kind and thoughtful and detailed! Next, there is Nell who sets up their projects. She is very communicative and easy to work with. Also, contractors arrive between 8-10am and the project is scheduled all days in a row. All of the contractors from demo, tile, paint, drywall, electrical and plumbing show up on time, work clean and neat, do great work and communicate well.
