I was going through a very dark time and initially apprehensive about seeking help for my mental health, but New Direction immediately put me at ease with their kind and compassionate approach. Linda was my couselor for over a year. She couldn't help me she kept blaming my psychiatrist. I never felt like my session were great but when you only talk about the present that happens Yes the doctor is having a hard time finding the right meds but there is things that need to be work thru. I have mutiple mental health disorders We'll she never wanted to work thru them she wanted to only work on the present. the office people are nice but I can't not recommend. Beautiful and cleanly building both inside and out. Welcoming atmosphere fostered by a friendly, knowledgeable, and smiling staff! Wonderful place.
Dr. Wagner is the best. I have been going to him for many years and he is more than my Dr. He has become a wonderful friend. Kathy at the desk is an awsome person that I have had great conversations with. You will not find a better person than Dr. Wagner and you can talk about anything.
Tried calling to get help, and was talking to someone over the phone about getting an appointment, I don’t understand how you can be rude to someone who was calling to receive help. She implied my insurance was fake, and was just all in all not trying to help in any way shape or form.
