If I could give a letter grade of F, I would, so 1 star it is. I went to ************ initially for an infected tooth, instead of treating the infected tooth with antibiotics to try to save it, he pulled it and 3 others that were not infected, no cavities, not wobbly for the MONEY. I wish I would have stopped him. Arrrgh! I returned recently for a wobbly tooth and pain (I should have known better), and then and only then did I learn that I have periodontal disease and was literally scolded for not returning for the quarterly... read more

Sorry we were unable to appease this patient. However this complaint is one sided. For one the patient last visit was 2017 and at that told she was told she had periodontal disease with bone loss and treatment was done. However patient never returned and unfortunately she was told this and her periodontal disease has progressed. The reason teeth were removed in 2017 was due to her periodontal condition. We try to educate our patients and we explained why we did treatment. If you neglect your teeth over the last 6 years perio... read more

Get a second opinion. I have never had a cavity and always taken extraordinary care of my teeth. My mother worked in the dental field for a number of years and it was a profession I even considered going into. My initial first patient appt went extremely well. The hygienist was very friendly, approachable, and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist I think I saw that visit, was Dr. Bryson-Farr, but I was never properly introduced. I love that both dentists are very thorough and patient. I bought all 3 of my kids for a visit and it went great. I came last week and it went well. I recommend them for all oral health needs !!!
Dr Farr is great gifted dentist.
The only good thing about this office is the hygienist. I had only been a patient there for just over a year. I had a cavity that needed filling. The day I went to the office they were really backed up and seemed to be rushing around to get caught up. Initially l Dr. Bryson was in the office for my procedure. But she was called out at the last minute and Dr. Farr came in. The entire time it felt like he was yanking on my mouth to get to the back tooth to drill and fill it. i went there for awhile and ended up getting 2 crowns to attempt to correct a dental problem with 2 molars and still had pain and discomfort and i've tried to get them to recheck what was wrong and the refused and told me there's nothing wrong with them , and went to another dentist and repaid to get them rechecked even though the dentist from another location told me they're responsible to correct it , i told them the issue with new day and they took an x ray of the 2 molars and told me i waited too long the damage that's b... read more
