New Day has been very helpful to me as I have lost both parents in the past 3 years and work stress and I been struggling and Ms. Kirby has been very supportive and I appreciate having mental health support.
New Day is my Favorite place to go for my mental health needs and medication management. I can’t tell you how much I love Dollie! She is so sweet and knowledgeable of all my needs. I would definitely consider making an appointment if you have any mental health concerns or need medication management.
If you want someone that is going to have a shred of compassion for you or your situation, stay far away from here. You will get the door opened on you (by your "psychiatrist") and be asked to leave. During my 2nd session, I expressed that the medications I've been on for 4+ years work for me and I was denied and was given a name on google to be treated somewhere else. I asked for at LEAST a referral during the session to then which Dollie Byron got up, opened the door, and pointed me out. I suggest that anyone that has a hi... read more
