I have benefited from Laura's knowledge and training. She has helped me start the recovery of years of past traumas which has effected all aspects of my life. I found Laura at the darkest time of my life and thank God I did. I had nightmares every night for over 6 years and after just 6 sessions they are gone. I was also having Suicidal Ideation quite frequently when I started therapy and her sessions have filled me with hope and life. She is absolutely the best. New Dawn Hypnotherapy has been life changing for me. Laura has helped me work through personal trauma that was causing me crippling anxiety and fear. I'm not very good at being vulnerable so trusting someone enough to relax and be open to some deep diving takes quite a lot for me. Laura had me immediately at ease and comfortable with the process.
