I have had two chances to use New Country Air Duct Service, and both times were great! I had my air ducts inspected and then cleaned. They didn’t even charge me for coming out to look at the vents, even though it meant a trip for them. Everyone was friendly, from the person who answered the phone to Troy, who did the inspection. Troy also gave helpful tips on where to get products they didn’t offer. I highly recommend them for air duct cleaning and inspections.
Working with New Country Air Duct Service has been great! Troy came out to my house in Salt Lake City to clean our air ducts. He was very friendly and explained the process clearly, including tips on how to keep the ducts clean in the future. The job was done really well and finished quickly. The pricing was also very fair. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning services and will use them again in the future!
They sealed up my damaged fiberglass ductwork, which had been messed up before by a different cleaning company using a brush that was too stiff. Troy and another technician were polite, arrived on time, and did a thorough job. They protected my floors and furniture, and made sure to clean everything up when they finished. The price was very fair. Excellent air duct cleaning service!
great service! we needed our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned in salt lake city. i had tried using a diy kit before, but ended up breaking part of the vent. troy came out and took care of everything—he removed the stuck equipment, cleaned out all the dust and debris, and made sure the whole system was working perfectly. highly recommend new country air duct service!
