I love New Concept � It's a fantastic place to get your hair done. They have a great team of girls. I personally love to get my hair done by Lusero. I've already been there 5 times and I wouldn't change them for anything. Plus..they have wine � lol � Add them on Snapchat and you will know I am not lying. Thank you girls ��
