I sure hope that Scott the drunk isn't the manager anymore. My mom passed away in this apartment building and I got a little behind on rent and the dude actually broke a key off in the mailbox key hole so I couldn't open it. He also blamed me for clogging the pool with diapers, because he knew I was pregnant at one point, and had brought a 10 year old to the pool. Aside from him, I really liked living here, but that was about 14 years ago

If I could I would give this apartment building a negative star rating. I have lived in this building for 2 years and I'm not really sure why my husband and I stayed that long. That building has so many issues and it never gets fixed the right way. On the outside and even on the inside of the apartment, it may look okay but it really isn't. Within the first six months of being there, we had plumbing issues almost every week. Since my husband and I was on the first floor, we had someone's black water in our tub for two weeks ... read more

I have a friend i visit and it stinks every time I go inside that building... Filthy, dirty, and the elevator is so trashy!

New colony is very poorly taken care of, the water pressure is terrible to the point it has burned my skin in the shower. There is trash covering the property and they don’t clean up or maintain the apartment what so ever. The washing mashing has broke down 3 times since I’ve moved in, there are different amounts for each floor to pay for laundry which makes no sense. The elevators always broken. The “gym” is two machines in a dark creepy room. You pay too much for this place, the only good thing about this is the spaciousne... read more
