deep house cleaning I wasn't impressed. The cleaning wasn't very deep. The floors were definitely not clean and they had to come back and complete it and a few other things. After the deep clean, they gave me a quote for a regular clean but when I tried to book it a couple of days later, they had raised the price by 25%. Unprofessional, so I cancelled instead.

Surprising failure I had New Century Maids clean a small condo unit. Unfortunately, I was not able to be there when they finished, after 2 hours. When I did return, a couple of hours later, I found dusty spots all over the (small) place and poorly cleaned glass mirrors, floors and windows. This is a surprising failure since the place was small; it should be easy to clean it properly and thoroughly for this price.

Amazing clean! Sheila and Irene were at our house today. They did such an amazing job! The house is so clean and tidy, and it smells wonderful! Sheila makes her own cleaner with disinfectant, lemon and vinegar. I wish I could include the amazing smell in the review!

General Cleaning I called the service to get some basic cleaning - dust, vacuum, bathrooms and wash floors - and I am very pleased with the outcome.
