II had a deep cleaning done at it was amazing! The ladies were punctual, professional, and did a thorough job!

Excellent work and Efficient Emily and Tamara did a fantastic job with our recent home deep clean and window cleaning. I also really appreciated the extra touches like vacuuming patterns into our carpet! Everything sparkled when they left. Well be calling New Century to arrange our regular housekeeping for sure
Home cleaning service Not enough attention to kitchen & master bathroom Floors. Everything else was Good. Had to use my vacuum or pay $20.00 for theirs Dislike the fact of a charge of 3.5% to pay on credit card. Total was 247.00, plus I tip extra of 30.00 Customers Shouldnt have to pay for their cost of doing business. No 1st time customer or senior discount.

Stay Away On Thursday Aug 3, 2023 I hired New Century Maids (NCM) to do a deep clean/spring clean. I found NCM on Homestars and hired them based on the reviews. My experience was horrible and I want to warn others to stay away. (PLEASE NOTE: I paid $517.30 for this service.) I left the cleaning crew to do their job. When I got home THEY HAD LEFT MY FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN. I cant overstate enough how upsetting this was for my family. Deep Cleaning service Paid for deep cleaning service, at a glance the house looked good, not great. They did ask if I was satisfied which I was at the time after a quick inspection but after careful examination, the house was only spot cleaned. They didnt bring a step ladder so only areas that they could reach by standing were cleaned. Overall it was ok but I definitely wouldnt use them again. All blinds were not cleaned.
