For anyone who is in need of hospice care for a loved one, I highly recommend New Century Hospice. All of the staff that worked with my mother-in-law and my family were very good. Chaplin Michael would visit regularly and read scriptures with her. Ashley, her amazing Hospice Care Nurse spent many hours with my mother-in-law. After an extended illness it was determined by medical staff that it was best if my brother-in-law be placed on hospice care. After reading prior reviews on New Century Hospice in Harker Heights and also the fact we had a personal recommendation (Belinda) we went forward into their care. New Century Hospice cared for my mother during her final months. Ashley and Naisha were particularly helpful and very good about communicating with us and providing suggestions for Mom’s comfort. Naisha clearly is called to this service and has true compassion for her patients. They made a big difference bridging the gap where the assisted living center staff did not have the capacity.
They went above and beyond for our loved one and us. Every single one of their employees from the person that answers the phone in the office, the aid, the nurse, the chaplain, and the social worker were all amazing.
