Communication was terrible, payroll issues were not handled properly, and getting straightforward answers from management and HR felt nearly impossible. The worst place I've ever been with, the said a rate for my caregivers. They didn't pay near what they agreed to, The messed my caregivers pay because I chose to leave. No one told them we was leaving, guess common sense. They took hours out of their pay, they took over 4 weeks to get my case in system no fault of ours. Caused me stress and anxiety without a care for me. We talked to Stephan Brodie so if you want to give them a chance anyway, please make sure you confirm everything by text so you have a record.
