Mr Harold Jackson is very polite and professional. He went over and beyond to assist with changing from another company to New Century Home Care and also kept me updated with all information that I needed to become a employee there . I know that I will enjoy working this company
The worst place I've ever been with, the said a rate for my caregivers. They didn't pay near what they agreed to, The messed my caregivers pay because I chose to leave. No one told them we was leaving, guess common sense. They took hours out of their pay, they took over 4 weeks to get my case in system no fault of ours. Caused me stress and anxiety without a care for me. We talked to Stephan Brodie so if you want to give them a chance anyway, please make sure you confirm everything by text so you have a record.
Hands-down, the best experience, with customer support, the approval process, on boarding, follow through on our case and more. Singh made the process as smooth and hassle free as possible for my mother and I. We are so grateful that we found him and New century!

I signed up with this agency and was mislead about everything, pay rate and bonus. I didn't get a week of pay or a bonus that I signed for. I spoke with several different people and they dont do anything but push the blame around. I asked to speak to upper management and I never get anyone. I tried everything and I switched agency. Stay away from this place, even if they have it in writing or a phone conversation they will still not honor their parts.
