What Customer Service? there isnt any! My family and I were there on Sunday, 10/27. It was a slow day there. Very few people. I guess because my husband left his BMW at home and we used our CrV, no one cared to introduced themselves or welcome us into the show room. popular dealer This dealer is the most popular among Chinese people who live in Diamond bar. They actually set the price high in the beginning, but big room for bargain. I bought my car there, and got a reasonable price

Horrible business practices!!! Totally untrustworthy, dishonest and unrelieable! Accepted my offer on a car and then (within 2 hours) sold it to someone else for more. They admitted their 'mistake' and said they were sorry. Sorry is the right way to describe this kind of behavior in 2011. We had a contract that the chose to dishonor without a word to me. Other web site also show many others with BAD experiences in service. There any number of other BMW dealerships in this area, go to them. Aviod Aviod Aviod!

Fastastic dealer i have never had a bad experience at new century BMW . I have owned several bmws and have had all of them serviced at the dealer over the last 20 years. Exceptional service team. Me and my wife will not go any where else.

New Century Bmw has HORRIBLE customer service. It was unbelievable to me how rude and disrespectful the team at New Century BMW was. This is the first vehicle we have leased from them and it will be the last. I refuse to even go back to that location to get my car serviced. We have leased 2 other vehicles from Pacific BMW in Glendale and one cant even compare the two locations. My daughter took her brand new 3 series in because when she shifted when she put her car into reverse it would fo forward then back into to reverse. ... read more

4 stars service is brisk and friendly at new century bmw. you pull up there and usually there is not much of a wait. at other dealer service departments, Ive noticed the line can get unwieldy and customers are sometimes unattended to. This is not the case at new century bmw.
