New Century Bmw has HORRIBLE customer service. It was unbelievable to me how rude and disrespectful the team at New Century BMW was. This is the first vehicle we have leased from them and it will be the last. I refuse to even go back to that location to get my car serviced. We have leased 2 other vehicles from Pacific BMW in Glendale and one cant even compare the two locations. My daughter took her brand new 3 series in because when she shifted when she put her car into reverse it would fo forward then back into to reverse. ... read more
4 stars service is brisk and friendly at new century bmw. you pull up there and usually there is not much of a wait. at other dealer service departments, Ive noticed the line can get unwieldy and customers are sometimes unattended to. This is not the case at new century bmw. I have noticed workers there are very bottom-line motivated they really super want you to give their dealership 5-stars when corporate calls you up wanting to know how you were treated some workers will try to guilt-trip you into giving them a 5-star rat... read more
Takes a while to get appointments. Not always great about follow-up. Expensive.
New Century BMW is full of con artists These jerks did a full bait-and-switch on me. After the original estimate the came back to me 3 more times to push up the price of the work. They charged me $740 for an inspection and didn't even give me the findings. If you take your car to these con artists expect to get taken for a ride. Pacific BMW is much better. Better service, better mechanics, better management...
Fastastic dealer i have never had a bad experience at new century BMW . I have owned several bmws and have had all of them serviced at the dealer over the last 20 years. Exceptional service team. Me and my wife will not go any where else.
Parts Dept I buy all of my OEM BMW parts from New Century BMW. The guys there are honest and treat you well. I prefer to go to them than the local dealer in Glendale. PROS: honest CONS: BMW OEM Parts are not cheap
A very good experience I have just returned from a service appt at this dealership. To my great relief (given some of the reviews here), my experience was excellent. My appt was for a simple, low mileage oil change. Greg was my customer service rep. He was nice, helpful and very informative. My car was ready as-promised in one hour. He took me out to my car and then spent time answering all my questions; looking under the hood with me to explain some things; sat in my car explaining more things; and bringing me additional ex... read more
Never on time I used these guys until my warrenty ran out...then i RAN out! The car is NEVER NEVER done on time. The service technicans are nice and I didn't feel stupid asking questions. PROS: They wash your car. I felt respected as a woman. CONS: Car not done on time.
Make sure you hide your valuables!!!! The service I got was okay, however, my three hundred dollar sunglasses were stolen out of the glove compartment, and the response I got was "Sorry, there's really nothing I can do - these things happen."
