Very easy business to deal with and friendly.
I’ve been going to new castle since the past 10 years for all my roofing materials, and they have never let me down. delivery’s are always on time, and their customer service is second to none, always responsive and willing to help with any special orders. Matt, Karly, and Pat been nothing but helpful and beneficial for me and my roofing company. Thanks guys.
Service sucks. Wasted 8 hours waiting for our material. Driver tried to lie to the end user. Just another supply house, who refuses to take blame.
