I shouldn't leave NO STARS, Because I rarely leave reviews, but after what my family and I have gone through, I feel compelled to share this experience. They lie about returning phone calls/emails and then avoid you when you try to get in touch with them. The dishonesty of this management company is unequalled.
Worst management company EVER! Jennifer Alonzo should NEVER be allowed to manage ANY property! She LIES CONSTANTLY, has entered tenants apartments WITHOUT PERMISSION ILLEGALLY on more than one occasion, has illegally videotaped tenants apartments WITHOUT PERMISSION and assaulted a tenants significant other and LIED when the police came in attempt to get him arrested! Sorry clown the law does not favor CROOKS! They REFUSE to fix anything even though the city and county have ORDERED them to!
