The New Canaan Nature Center is a not-for-profit environmental education center and sanctuary dedicated to helping people of all ages better understand, appreciate and care for the world of nature. With 40 acres of property and two miles of trails, there is lots to see and do at the New Canaan Nature Center. Our interactive Discovery Room and Nature Gift Shop are located in our Visitor Center. Nice facility and nice staff! It was a wonderful place to spend some time.
The NCNC is one of my favorite places in town. I love the walking trail in all seasons and I can't get enough of observing the heavenly herb garden. I like to take my friends and family here when they come to visit. I always leave the Nature Center feeling happy.
