Drove 4.5hrs from Greenville, SC to purchase the 2008 Civic Si they had for sale. Put a $200 deposit down after they told me over the phone the car had no issues. And all the pictures showed no damage and clean paint. When I arrived the car had been repainted completely and had sanding marks and orange peel all over the car that was not pictured on their website or Facebook page or listing. RecommendedOne of my Family members purchased a vehicle from New Bro’s, it was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them The first 2 are still doing great and they are both happy with them and the price they paid Sandy Sanchez (the lady that sits to the left when you first walk in) is ALWAYS so wonderful to deal with and we can’t imagine dealing with anybody else. AVOID THIS PLACE! TEST DRIVING A CAR TO THE NEXT STOP SIGN IS FINE, BUT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE, VEHICLE HAD MAJOR ISSUES THAT ESTIMATED >5K TO FIX INCLUDED THE TRANSMISSION! ALL THESE ISSUES IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. WHEN THIS ISSUES WERE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION, THEY WERE YELLING AND POINTING FINGERS AND 1 OF THEM SAID IT WAS BC THE VEHICLE WAS "DRIVEN TOO FAST". WORSE PLACE, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!
We got 7 vehicles from never had a problem and the lady that works at the first desk on your left when you walk in is very sweet I’m actually looking at another car out there
