Service was worth every penny. Took great care of making sure the equipment used didn't rub against any walls, and even spot vacuumed outside of the scope of service before he left. He even made our two dogs happy and left them a ball, which is their new favorite toy! 100% recommended.
Talk about Customer Service, Mark sure knows how to take care of a customer. I called him on a Friday, late morning to see if he might be available to clean our carpets on our newly closed home and he said he needed to check his schedule to see if he could move some things around to fit us in on Saturday morning. Fifteen minutes and call me back and says "yes!" We were referred to him from another carpet cleaner who was working on Harvey relief and told me that Mark cleans carpets better than they can! We love the end results of Mark's work! In addition, he was punctual, explained the process, and got to work right away. He was careful to keep our home protected and clean while working. And talk about courteous and appreciative? He knows what good customer service is. We will definitely use him again; our carpets look great!!!
Mark Bunde showed up exactly at the scheduled time. No waiting around. He was extremely professional, neat and paid close attention to every detail, after listening to my concerns and needs for carpet cleaning. My 2 dogs instantly liked his quiet nature. Mark protected my walls with the corner guards he put in place. He pretreated with an effective chemical for some dog produced spots and the carpet appears like new.
