I had called to get some carpet cleaning done, because my dachshund Haley who is now 14 years old had ruptured a disk back in January and is partially paralyzed. We moved from out of town and contracted with Mark after reading so many great reviews. After talking with him we felt very comfortable with letting him handle the tasks "long distance." We had the carpets in the entire house cleaned. Not only do they look like new, the house smells amazing. Mark pays attention to detail and that is huge. The pricing is reasonable and worth every penny. Mark was very personable and friendly.
