Dr. Shawn Doty did an excellent job this morning with my son’s first appointment with him! He took his time and explained everything he was going to do and why he was going to go with a stronger prescription. I was so thankful that he answered the questions we had and took great care of my son’s vision needs. My son has been a patient since he was 4. So thankful for the care he has received at New Bern family eye care.

I kept forgetting to make an appointment for my husband to get my exam and glasses. By the time I got around to it, places were booking clear out in October. New Bern family eyecare was able to get us in the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. Took the time to explain a lot of Small details to us.
