My visit today was excellent, as always. It was nice to meet Sahara who was very pleasant and efficient. Kim, who did the rest if the pre-exam was kind and articulate. She explained the procedures clearly. It is always a pleasure to work with Dr. Doty as he is caring and thorough. He answers questions and explains the reasons for his recommendations. I just love Dr. Leary and the staff. So kind compassionate and funny. Real conversations for real people in times like these. I changed to NEW BERN FAMILY EYE CARE a few years back and I have felt cared for. So I have now adopted them, they are all my cousins, brothers and cousins. Blessings

I was having some visual problems and made an appointment as a new patient. They were all very thorough and caring. I appreciated all the help from beginning to end, even help with picking out some attractive new frames, I felt very much relived by the end of my visit. Thank you. Dr. Doty and Staff.
I needed to be seen quickly & had called another office & got recording to leave message to make appointment. I called New Bern Family Eye Care @ 8:15 & had appointment for 10:45, having never been their patient! All staff & Dr. Leary so friendly & accommodating...so fortunate to make them my eye care “family”😃
Visited with dr Leary today in an emergency. He fit me in near end of day. Professional, great person, fixed a significant problem that was ongoing. Excellent!!!!!!!!! All the staff excellent.
New Bern Family Eye Care takes great care of their patients. Staff here are very knowledgeable and willing to help. I have been going to NBFEC annually since 2002 and have never had a bad visit.
