The service I received was exceptional. The name Family actually means Family. I had a family member working ther so when another friend needed. A great family atmosphere, I only had one place to recommend for him. While waiting for him, I mentioned that I needed an appointment. Within minutes, the front desk had found me an appointment from a new cancellation only a few days out. The exam was thorough and excellent. The staff was friendly. Dr. Kim was exceptional and informative. I drive 30 miles to the office and it was worth it. I highly recommend this eye clinic.
The staff is professional and kind. They explain what they are doing and make you at ease. Dr. Kim makes you feel like you are the only patient she has! Her work is thorough, but she like the restt of the staff is kind and engaging. I have seldom had medical care like this, and I emphatically recommend them to all my friends.

Always a great experience at New Bern Family Eye Care. The staff was pleasant and courteous even though it was early on Monday morning! Dr. Doty is always thorough and careful to explain his findings and review my condition. He inspires confidence. I began as a patient of the wonderful Dr. Chitty over 45 years ago and have received excellent care throughout my adult life. I highly recommend NBFEC.
