Great bunch of people work here .they helped me through a very hard time .thank u one and all for being there when I had a very hard decision to make. My little dog was my whole world ..u made it a little easier for me to let him go ..u will always be in my prayers .thanks
We had a bit of an emergency yesterday with one of our dogs and everyone was so fast and responsive. Everyone was so great with him. A huge thank you to Addie Hathaway and Dr. CJ for you quick response and getting Rocky right in and taken care of. He is feeling better today. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate it. Dr. CJ thank you for explaining exactly what you were going to do and making it easier for a fur-mommy to feel better in a tough situation!
I've taken my dogs here since 1988. Always loving atmosphere with Dr Nielsen and Dr Smith, Cody and colleen, changed drastically when they retired. Never could see same vet twice, really upsetting when my dog diagnosed with congestive heart failure, owner couldn't even give me 5minutes of his time to help my dog in the middle of the night. Needless to say I have a new vet for my dog. One that will see him any time, day or night. Wish I switched a long time ago.
I was treated so well today. The staff went above and beyond to help me and Penny, my fur baby ... I cannot thank them enough!!!! You are all awesome!!! Thank you so much New Berlin Vet Clinic!!!
They have gone above and beyond to help my Cat Puff. All three vets have called me at home not once but twice a day. And I just love there receptionist Kim she is so caring and helpful! The staff is outstanding also. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and from Puff also.
