The staff and care at this facility are phenomenal! Dr. Schneider had zero hesitation to help at 9pm on a Sunday to rush in to help my kitty boy in an emergency. Their passion for what they do shines in each and every one of the staff members. Tater says thanks Doc! ❤

My dog, Auggie, was seen soon after we checked in. The receptionist, technician, and veterinarian were very accommodating ( my westie was quite anxious and frightened in the exam room). They removed a piece of glass from his paw and sent us home with an antibiotic. The whole procedure took less than 15 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised with the bill. Auggie is resting quietly and we also left our Scottie’s records at the New Berlin Clinic as this will be their new vet. Thanks again for taking care of Auggie!
