best clinic around, I am so thankful I found them when I did or I know I would have lost at least one pet. My 1st visit was for an emergency surgery on my dog's ear....when I called my old vet they said they had to check my file before they could see my dog and then I would have to wait at least a week! New Berlin took care of Jonah's ear in less than 24 hrs, he was home and recovering before my old vet found my file!
They use to be great! But now they charge for missed visits and procedures not performed on the day of your visit. Very sad to see a great clinic fall so far. 17 yrs of wonderful service. Very very sad.
