My time there was good. Friendly staff explained everything, told me cost before work started. If you need your vehicle worked on, I suggest this place.
This place is amazing. After I attempted to change my brake pads myself ( which I have done multiple times on other vehicles) , I snapped my caliper bolts and could not get them out. Instead of taking the easy road out and just charging me for a new caliper, Rob and Mike got the bolts out for a small labor fee and got my brake job done not only right and quick but for a much more reasonable price than many others in the area. It is hard to find a place you can trust- but these guys are amazing! Thank you so much!

They are friendly, honest and respectful. I would recommend people to go there to get their car fixed. I've been there 3 times for different reasons.

I went in to NB T&A for a simple oil change and they discovered some pretty significant damage and wear to my tie rods and sway bars. I really had no clue, you hear a clunk once and think nothing of it, so I was driving a "broken" car. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to the repairs and parts needed. They worked with me to make sure I felt confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of, which may be a common feeling in the automotive repair industry. Had my brakes done...in and out very quickly. Great price, great service, would recommend to anyone. Ask for Jesse when you go in...he knows his stuff and he's pretty hot.
