Stopped in today and the guy in front, was not welcoming. It was like an awkward 7 seconds of me standing there before he would look at me or acknowledge me. I was asking about a small bent rim on my car and gave him the model of my car and was just unwilling to help me or check with his contacts on a rim for my car. RecommendedI want you all to know they change oil just as quick as the Express places. Not the first time I’ve used these guys, but today, I had such great service I just had too leave a review. I was out running errands, including taking dog to the vet, so dogs with me. Well long story short I panicked because I thought my oil change was way overdue, and my only day off. All I can say is that they are simply the best. I’ve brought my car in multiple times & I’ve always left feeling confident in their work. Jon is friendly & knowledgeable. He always explains the work that needs to be done & the costs that go along with it. Their prices are very reasonable. My most recent visit to New Berlin Tire & Auto I did not have an appointment. This place is amazing, all my troubles with my car I take here very fast, efficient, and friendly service. They tell you the truth, fair with prices, and fit you in with no appointment! (But it's best to make one). I highly recommend this place to everyone I talk to that have car troubles, this place is my #1 go to. Thanks guys!
