My husband was in hospice only a week. They were so kind and compassionate. Tracie the Spiritual Counselor has been there for me long after his passing.She has been my guide..I was told my hubbies pain and comfort was priority. Terrie was so great. She kept her promise .It felt like a room of angels surrounded me until the came for him. Thank You.
I am deeply grateful to Southern care, new Beacon hospice for the exceptional care that they provided to both my parents. From the beginning their team demonstrated such compassion, professionalism, and respect. Every staff member we encountered was highly trained and competent, and also genuinely attentive to my parents needs. their support went far beyond expectations, They offered comfort, understanding and an amazing presence during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
I used southern Care New Beacon Hospice for both of my Parents and I have to say the care and compassion the staff showed to them far exceeded anything we could’ve imagined. They made our life so much easier and by utilizing the resources they set in place, it allowed my husband and I to continue working, while still being there for them. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing support for themselves or family.
