We sat down got amazing service and hot amazing food! Will definitely be back!
RecommendedWhile they have truly the best Chinese food in Paducah, KY there service leaves alot to be desired. I normally order my food to go because like I said it has the best taste but I figured I would try to dine in see if service has gotten any better it has not. I was served by a sullen younger blonde girl who could not have looked more bored if she tried. She didnt keep up with our drinks the owner however did but the service was abysmal
So many restaurants have bad reviews so I am gonna give credit to New Asia Paducah. A group at work ordered lunch since it was pay day, it was a significant order. The driver was delivering the food, had to stop quickly to prevent a wreck and 3 lunches went flying. Awesome customer service..... So there are about 10 if us at work, LYNX SERVICES, that go in on payday and order Chinese from New Asia in Lone Oak, and it's usually a $70 or $80 order. So today we all order and they state that they would try and have it here by 11 when we go to lunch. 1. At 11 on the dot they were here. 2. The sweet gentlemen that brought the food was very apologetic because on the way here he had to stop suddenly and some of the orders went flying all over his car. I have been here twice & I think it is wonderful. My new Chinese restaurant! Food great! Waitress wonderful!
Will not be recommending my guests that stay at my hotel to order delivery. We called said it would be 2 hours waited on hold for 30 minutes then hung up called back FINALLY got threw and they told me they weren’t delivering. Will also be throwing away all menus!!
