I’m very grateful for the amazing service we received from the group of Juan Mendez. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and made sure we were satisfied . They went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free for us. I truly felt cared for and supported the entire time. This company is excellent. They’re experts and have good customer service. My experience was that they get the job done and correctly. I highly recommend them. When the plumbing was going wrong I called Armor Restoration and Juan Mendez showed up and took care of managing the insurance . They repaired everything and they restored all the damage and reconstruction. They also guided me with the insurance.

We found a small water leak going behind a wall in our bathroom and called New Armor. First point of contact was Mr. Jackson, great to speak with on the phone. They were fast to get to our house and get the situation stabilized. Juan Mendez and his team have been excellent during the mitigation process. So far overall a great professional company to work with and highly recommend using if you find any water issues in your house.

New Armor is outstanding! They came out within 30 minutes of our call due to an AC drain leak. They were the second team we called to look at our issue. They were much more thorough using thermal guns and multiple meters to measure moisture. We had an immediate confidence in their ability and recommendations. Not 35 minutes after they arrived they had fans on our area and got us all fixed up for a very fair price. Their technicians also came out to check everything and make sure we were drying properly.
