Had water damage from a hot water heater, they came and cleaned it up. It looks better than new. Juan explained what they were going to do and delivered with great customer service. Highly recommend.
New Armor is outstanding! They came out within 30 minutes of our call due to an AC drain leak. They were the second team we called to look at our issue. They were much more thorough using thermal guns and multiple meters to measure moisture. We had an immediate confidence in their ability and recommendations. New Armor has gone above and beyond anything I expected out of a restoration company. Jeremy (owner) and Jackson are both licensed insurance agents so they knew exactly what to do. Jackson has been on top of everything and handled my insurance adjuster very well. Juan Mendez and his team have done an outstanding mitigation job. Thanks to New Armor our water damaged house is being taken care of and my wife and I don’t have to worry about anything.

This fall we discovered water pooling in the attic from a malfunctioning AC unit. The water damage effected the room below it as well as the wall to the adjacent living area. We selected New Armor after reading about their involvement in the city's neighborhood initiative program that is designed to help homeowners unable to complete necessary home repairs.
