Stopped off there last Saturday to checkout an assocation sale. We were greated and given a golf cart ride to the sale location in New Approach. We purchased a couple treasures and the got some bake goods. They were very organized as they were setup with individual tables with those who were knowledgeable able the items. Prices were very fair. They had hotdog, chips and a drink for $5. The New Approach is very nice association with a really nice club house, workshop and pool area for the residents.
